This was a bit of an impulse buy on the ELF website when I was purchasing a few essentials not long back and for £2.50 you can't really go wrong. It's not the best I've used, but still better than I expected for the price. It doesn't tug or pull on the skin, but wears off exceptionally quickly. I've also found that you need quite alot as the colour isn't very strong, and the more you put on, the more cakey it looks. Also forget using kohl eyeliner with this as it smudges with the stick as you perspirate; however it does look relatively okay with liquid liner and some Avon/ELF eyeshadow primer underneath. Worth the price, but not an everyday go to product; I might give the Clinique Chubby Stick a go, but a powder shadow is definitely my favourite.
